REQ14953 Assistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-Gaming Credit (Open Date: 30/07/2026) **POSITION SUMMARY:** ===================== Assistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-gaming Credit is responsible to * Handle accounts receivable related matters for hotel, F&B, entertainment and mall tenants for Macau properties * Check all accounts receivable transactions and ensure correct data is entered into the systems * Follow up the payment from payment vendors and customers in timely manner **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ============================= * Ensure all credit card and QR code transactions related to all non-gaming operations are properly audited, booked and reconciled to bank payment advice and systems * Daily posting of receipts from payment vendors and debtors into systems * Preparation of supporting documents for invoices to debtors * Follow up outstanding invoices to mall tenants, travel agents and companies * Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts * Proper filing of documents * Attend to enquiries from customers and internal departments * Assist Manager and Supervisor for any ad hoc reporting **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:** ------------------------------- * Able to meet timelines set by superiors * Able to handle issues independently and accurately * Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties **QUALIFICATIONS:** =================== **Experience** -------------- * Experience in integrated resort accounting department is preferred but not necessary * Experience with a computerized system is a must **Education** * Appropriate tertiary qualification, majoring in Accounting/Finance **Skills / Competencies** * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese * Good in using Excel and other MS office tools * Displays a high commitment to improve customer service * Self motivation to achieve business objectives and common goals * Work as a team member
