**Job Title** Assistant Engineer **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Lift Performance Monitoring,** * monitoring lift performance * Manage Contractors and performance * Responsible for all stakeholders regarding lift performance. * Able to attend site inspection with immediate notice. * Able to witness and verify site works **Lift parts certification** * To carry out parts certification work with contractor * To witness contractor’s parts replacement works * To witness contractor’s repairing and trouble shotting works * Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement. * Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance schedule. * Adhere to company policies and procedures. * Any other work that is assigned by the manager. **Requirements** * Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical preferred) and above * Prior 3-5 years of relevant working experience. * Computer skills are required, familiar with BCA and HDB requirements for Lift operations.
