As a leading university in Asia, our mission is to shape future leaders and contribute to society's advancement through cutting-edge research and transformative learning experiences. **Position: Assistant Manager, Administrative Support** This role supports the Assistant Director to in the management of the Quality Assurance Review and academic administration of the Postgraduate by Coursework (PGC) programmes. The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating programme reviews, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of academic and administrative processes.  **Key Responsibilities:** * Collate, analyse, and interpret data to support programme reviews. * Manage and maintain dashboards  to enable data access, reporting, and analysis. * Support the administrative planning and logistical arrangements for Programme Reviews to ensure effective and timely execution. * Provide secretariat support for committee meetings, including preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up on decisions and actions items.  * Coordinate meeting logistics and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling and event arrangements.
