HDFC Bank, India's largest private sector bank, in collaboration with NIIT IFBI, has launched the ACE Banker Program, a focused initiative to create job-ready Customer Care Executives (CCE) and Customer Experience Executives (CEE) for the Retail Banking division. The program covers Branch Management Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Handle branch management operations including teller functions, customer service, and daily reporting.
2\. Cater to customer needs at the welcome desk and teller counter with a service-to-sales mindset.
3\. Understand customer needs and offer relevant banking solutions, savings accounts, deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.
4\. Cross-sell and upsell banking products including third-party products (insurance, mutual funds).
5\. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all HDFC Bank policies and regulations.
6\. Manage customer onboarding for new-to-bank customers within defined turnaround times.
7\. Use banking software (FlexCube) for transaction processing and customer data management.
8\. Meet assigned business targets in volume and value as per defined scorecard.
Program Description
This training-led Banking Career Program offers graduates a fast-track 45-day residential pathway into the Assistant Manager role at HDFC Bank. Candidates complete intensive classroom training at NIIT affiliated campuses, receive a Certificate in ACE Banker Program from NIIT IFBI, and are directly placed at an HDFC Bank branch after clearing training with minimum 60% marks.
Program Fee & Earning Potential:
1\. Program fee: 1,50,000 (exclusive of GST)
2\. Stipend of 7,500 during 45-day residential training
3\. Salary: 4.4 LPA\*
