This role serves as a vital bridge between centralized People & Culture strategies and operational execution, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the readiness of a future-proof talent pipeline. **Main Responsibilities:** **Learning and Development** * Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, training aids, database, records, forms, ensuring that they are effective for delivery business and update. * Establish specific training objectives for all operations training activities and ensure that it is aligned with the organization’s annual operating plan and delivery business strategy. * Identify operations training needs, recommend and prepare (upon approval) consolidated annual training plan. * Build training system and development program for build all store staff capability and career advancement program. * Develop and certify Training Stores and monitor their performance, ensuring that the standards and performance of Training Stores are always maintained and up to date. * Develop operations to be the good coach through Train the Trainer certification program. **Operations Training** * Determine the effectiveness of restaurant-level training programs and identify training systems and processes improvements. * Plan, develop and implement training, both in-house and external training, that address company-wide and unit-specific training and development needs. * Assess and determine the quality and content of training including course design, instruction, program evaluations, training materials and learning reinforcement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving goals and objectives of the organisation. * Maximise employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling and multi-tasking to meet the business goals as well as customer expectations. * Legal Compliance (**ฝยฝบ**): Manage and submit all training records and curricula to the Department of Skill Development to ensure tax benefits and legal compliance. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Development (HRD), Business Management, or any related fields. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development or Talent Coordination, preferably within retail, QSR, hospitality, or dynamic business environments. * Experience in delivering training and coordinating development activities for store staff and supervisors. * Experience in tracking talent programs, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), or fast-track pipelines. * Good communication and leadership skills to work effectively with store operations teams. * Language & Tech: Good English skills (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Office and LMS.
