**About the Role**
We are looking for an organised and proactive **Assistant Manager** to support the institute’s communications, events, and operational activities. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure effective coordination, high-quality delivery, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
The position offers meaningful exposure to institutional initiatives and provides opportunities to contribute to process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide end‑to‑end administrative and operational coordination support across communications, events, and outreach activities
* Support the development, editing, and dissemination of communications materials, including digital and online platforms
* Coordinate the planning and execution of events, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and post‑event follow‑up
* Liaise with internal teams, university offices, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of activities and tasks
* Support financial and operational processes, including basic budgeting coordination, reimbursements, and workflow tracking
* Assist with documentation, reporting, and maintenance of accurate records in line with institutional requirements
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Relevant experience in administrative, operational, communications, or events coordination roles
* Strong organisational, coordination, and time‑management skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, collaboration and content platforms)
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
