Job Summary ----------- **Summary:**  The “Assistant Manager Supply Chain Solution” will be based in Chennai , reporting to Manager **What a typical day looks like** **Analytics & Development** * Design, develop, and maintain **interactive dashboards using Tableau** (complex calculations, LODs, performance tuning). * Develop and manage **MicroStrategy (MSTR) reports, documents, and dashboards**. * Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with high performance and usability. * Ensure **data accuracy, validation, and UAT support** across dashboards and reports. **Snowflake & SQL Development** * Develop optimized **SQL queries and data models in Snowflake**. * Build and maintain **database objects (tables, views, stored procedures)**. * Perform **query optimization, debugging, and performance tuning**. * Support data integration and ETL processes for analytics platforms. **Automation & AI Initiatives** * Drive **automation use cases** across reporting and data pipelines. * Design and implement **AI-based solutions** including: * SQL-based chatbots / conversational analytics. * Generative AI use cases for reporting and insights. * Work on **semantic models, natural language querying, and AI-driven insights**. **Project Governance & Documentation** * Ensure **end-to-end documentation** for all dashboards, reports, and enhancements. * Maintain **BRDs, technical design documents, and deployment artefacts**. * Enforce adherence to **dashboard deployment checklists, performance documentation, and validation standards**. **Team Management & Leadership** * Lead and mentor team members to ensure a **high-performance, motivated, and skilled team**. * Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. **Core Technical Skills** * Tableau (Desktop, Server, Prep) – Advanced dashboard development *  Looking for Hands on experience on python skill * MicroStrategy (MSTR) – Reports, Objects, Dashboards * Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred) * Data Warehousing concepts & ETL tools  **Automation & AI** * Exposure to **GenAI, Chatbots, or AI-based analytics solutions** * Experience or interest in **building intelligent automation workflows** * Knowledge of **natural language processing / semantic analytics (preferred)** **Project & Leadership Skills** * Strong **project management and documentation discipline** * Experience in handling **end-to-end dashboard lifecycle** * Team leadership and mentoring capability * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment **Key Competencies** * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and quality * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * Continuous improvement mindset * Exposure to Supply Chain domain * Experience with AI tools, Python, or automation platforms **Experience we are looking to add to our team** * Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Graduates. * 8 to 12 years of experience in BI Developer **Here are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide:** * Paid Time Off * Health Insurance PK06 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.
