This role supports the processing of invoices on behalf of the Group for Market Data third‑party suppliers. The role works closely with Market Data Licensing colleagues, Sourcing teams and business stakeholders to enable timely payments, help maintain service continuity, and contribute to effective supplier relationships. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities  * **Supports** engagement with third‑party Market Data suppliers, Sourcing teams and business stakeholders to help ensure usage declarations are completed in line with vendor requirements   * **Assists with validating** users and applications to confirm continued data requirements, using multiple data sources (e.g. HR uploads, mailbox requests, ServiceNow tickets), and **supports updates** to the core inventory management system   * **Provides support to Market Data Analysts** during vendor audits by helping collate and validate evidence to demonstrate declared usage in line with contractual terms   * **Contributes to the identification of process improvements** and works with Invoicing and Compliance colleagues to help design and implement solutions   * **Supports the production and distribution of MI** for business stakeholders and application owners to validate their current Market Data usage, and escalates feedback to the Analytics team where contract changes may be required   * **Supports the management of the ServiceNow queue**, including new, amended or deleted services requests, to help ensure accurate charging and data records   * **Assists with maintenance of IT@LBG (ServiceNow) tickets** to ensure requests remain valid and required approvals and pre‑conditions (e.g. Market Data training completion) are met   * **Acts as a point of support and subject**‑**matter contributor** on data notifications and vendor access declarations, escalating issues where appropriate  What You'll Need  * Accountability 3 - Competent  * Accounting Records 2 - Advanced Beginner  * Business & Commercial Insight 2 - Advanced Beginner  * Data Analysis 3 - Competent  * Data Management 3 - Competent  * Data Reporting 3 - Competent  * Financial Compliance 2 - Advanced Beginner  * Financial Control 3 - Competent  * Financial Forecasting 2 - Advanced Beginner  * Managing Key Relationships 2 - Advanced Beginner  * Risk & Issue Management 2 - Advanced Beginner  * Root Cause Analysis 3 - Competent  **Leadership capabilities:**  * Learning & Talent Development 3 – Competent  * Performance Management (PM) 3 – Competent  Systems:   SAP Ariba/Buying@LBG  Calero (MDM)  DACS  Bloomberg Portal  LSEG Portal  EAS Portal  ServiceNOW  NASDAQ  FTSE  TMX
