Assistant Supervisor

Manufacturing Shift Assistant Supervisor are responsible for the day-to-day running of manufacturing operations. They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets. The main duties of a assistance supervisor would include: * To ensure key performance indicators of the department are achieved. (Safety, Quality , Delivery, Cost). * Managing group of operators that will directly report to this position. * To manage daily operation of the production line * To ensure all processes to have sufficient manpower in order to achieve desired productivity level * To ensure operators are operating machines following SWE (Standard Work Element) * Responsible for ensuring manufacturing tools are sufficient and in good condition * To follow up on aged lots and lots on hold * To ensure 5S activities are carried out without fail * To carry out other given tasks which are deemed appropriate by supervisors #LI-DNI
