**Summary** **Job Description:** **Assistant Teacher**  Full\-Time, Shift   Child Development Center  The Child Development Center at Baptist Health Lexington provides a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children of employees. Our program offers age-appropriate learning experiences, structured activities, and compassionate care designed to support each child’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Through strong communication with families and a commitment to excellence, the center promotes a positive and enriching experience for every child in our care.  Assists with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities while providing a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
