Assistant Vice President Ipo Vetting Listing

Our commitment to the long-term development of our business and our markets is articulated in our purpose: "To Connect, Promote and Progress our Markets and the Communities they support for the prosperity of all."_ **Job Summary:** The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings and processing pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings. **Job Duties:** **Responsibilities:** * Perform the role of a team manager in processing IPO applications and monitor progress of a portfolio of listing applications * Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee * Assist in handling pre-IPO enquiries and IPO related policies matters * Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor * Provide accounting, legal or other professional support to the work of the Listing Division **Requirements:** * Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field * Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
