The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to driving improvements in systems and operations. We seek someone proactive who excels in fast-paced settings and is passionate about fostering innovation and high standards of service. **Job Duties:** * Contribute to the creation and execution of strategies that improve service quality, technology efficiency, and overall system capacity. * Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend solutions to manage potential risks. * Participate in the oversight of solution design and validation, ensuring comprehensive business documentation and use case development. * Ensure effective and prompt communication with stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and developments. * Promote continuous improvement by championing innovation and best practices. * Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Support service enhancement and strategic improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction. * Help deliver project objectives and results within set timeframes and budgets. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field. * At least 8 years of relevant experience with a reputable financial institution. * Proven background in leadership or support roles such as business analyst, project manager, or similar positions. * Strong understanding of CCASS or cash equity markets in Hong Kong or globally is highly preferred. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory. _HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
