It provides a great opportunity to explore, grow, and start building the foundation for a future as a leader within our organization. ****Meaningful Work From Day One:**** The Associate Brand Manager Trainee supports the generation of data for brand analysis, attends brand events, and performs administrative and regulatory tasks. ****What You Can Expect:**** * Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives. * Assist in the development and completion of brand plans, gathering and analyzing numerical data. * Plan and supervise events, ensuring they are executed according to brand guidelines and deliver a positive return on investment. * Supervise point-of-sale execution, ensuring materials and displays are aligned with the brand's toolkit. * Collaborate with Customer Marketing to ensure alignment on toolkits and campaign materials. * Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders, product exits, and COFEPRIS permits. * Maintain up-to-date and compliant administrative processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. ****What You Bring to the Table:**** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Communications. * Prior internship or professional experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Sales is a plus. * Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. ****What Makes You Unique:**** * Briefly describe preferred, non-mandatory knowledge, skills, abilities and type of experience of the ideal candidate. ****Who We Are**** We believe great people build great brands.
