Associate Creative Director - Creative Communications Tamil

* Ideate, conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for all content across the Star Vijay network * Ensure promos deliver fresh creative perspectives and consistently stay ahead of the competition * Infuse local flavor and Tamil cultural sensibilities into campaigns to ensure relevance and audience connect. * Maintain high creative and production standards, aligning with the channel’s philosophy, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget. * Collaborate with content teams to develop impactful briefs and campaign ideas that maximize engagement. * Strategize and generate creative promo concepts to keep audiences excited and anticipating episodes. * Define and execute the channel’s visual identity through packaging and graphical elements. * Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to deliver region-specific campaigns tailored for local audiences * Produce showreels, AVs, and flash presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders * Foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team, providing leadership and mentorship to the OAP and Graphics functions
