ResponsibilitiesConnect with inbound leads and qualify them based on business profile and funding requirementUnderstand basic financial details (turnover, banking, loan requirement, etc.)Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the founderMaintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client dataFollow up with clients for documentation and required informationCoordinate with banks/NBFCs for application status and processing updatesEnsure timely follow-ups and closure of casesSupport in maintaining a structured pipeline of active cases
Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)03 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, or financial servicesStrong communication and follow-up skillsBasic understanding of business loans / working capital (preferred)Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and documentation handlingOrganized, disciplined, and process-oriented
Ideal CandidateInterested in building a career in banking, finance, or credit advisoryStrong ownership mindset (not a typical tele-calling approach)Ability to handle clients professionally and persistentlyHigh willingness to learn and grow
