Associate Derivatives Trading Operations

Prepare necessary documentation to engage relevant stakeholders in the overall change management process  * Analyze the technical and operational system requirements, create & review necessary documentations including but not limited to test plan, test condition, test case for the overall system acceptance  * Execute and verify the results of all testing cycles under tight schedule  * Participate into the investigation process for all issues identified  * Partner closely with cross-functional testing teams to verify the end to end system operational and technical readiness. Assist in the investigation and resolve any conflicts identified  * Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including IT teams and users, to achieve project and operation success.  * Undertake assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor  **Requirement:**  * Minimum 3 years of system development / client support experience in Trading Platform  * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or a related field  * Background in financial services / telecom industry or highly regulated organizations with exposures on platform development / transformation is a plus.  * Knowledge in trading platform, market practices and / or derivatives is preferred.  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate system language into business terminology effectively in English and Chinese  _HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
