As an Associate Director, Solution Design Expert (Advanced Therapies), you will transform complex business needs into innovative Salesforce-based solutions that support CellChain™, Novartis' platform for managing the end-to-end journey of personalized therapies. Working with global stakeholders, you will lead solution design initiatives that are secure, scalable, compliant, and patient-focused, helping deliver breakthrough treatments to patients around the world.   **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce-based capabilities supporting advanced therapy business processes. * Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose technology solutions. * Drive scoping assessments and feasibility evaluations to shape project direction and delivery outcomes. * Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business priorities. * Ensure designs deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to enterprise architecture standards. * Champion security, compliance, and quality standards throughout solution design and deployment activities. * Collaborate with project, operations, and development teams to plan, review, and support deployments. **Essential Requirements** * Extensive experience designing and delivering technology solutions for global, large-scale business initiatives. * Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise platform capabilities. * Proven ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and drive successful outcomes. * Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in enterprise environments. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Bachelor's degree in a business, technology, or related discipline, with fluent English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification. * Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. **Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion** We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. **Accessibility and accommodation** Novartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities.
