If working in an environment that encourages you to innovate and excel, not just in professional but personal life, interests you- you would enjoy your career with Quantiphi! **Role : Associate Engagement Manager**  **Experience Level : 6 to 9 years** **Location : Bangalore/ Mumbai** **Roles & Responsibilities:** **Program Governance:** * **Manage project delivery, the team, customer relations, and deliver project scope successfully with high quality, within approved timelines and budget** * **Support Project estimation process along with client stakeholders in defining scope, contribute in preparing statement of work including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources and estimated cost** * **Accurate tracking of forecasts, resource utilization, budgeting and achievement of planned or better profitability by finding avenues to explore AI tools for enhancing developer Productivity** * **Identify relevant delivery best practices and imbibe the same in projects** * **Manage project delivery, team and ensure positive customer relations with consistently high customer satisfaction score**  * **Collaborate with our diverse and global teams to deliver committed results to our clients**  **Technical Governance:** * **Drive AI-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and governance frameworks.** * **Good Understanding of LLM lifecycle, RAG and Agentic AI solutions** * **Develop and lead strategic roadmaps for LLM-based solutions, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic RAG, and Agent-driven workflows.** * **Manage cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, and consultants to deliver AI solutions.** * **Drive AI governance strategies, ensuring compliance, fairness, and responsible AI implementation.** * **Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to define technical architecture, infrastructure requirements, and optimization techniques** * **Act as Engineering Managers (Technology consultants) along with the technical leads to develop roadmap for LLMOps or improvements in Agentic workflow lifecycle** * **Proven technical ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems** **Program Management Skills:** * **Strong operational and stakeholder management skills.** * **Project Management ensuring customer success & account growth** * **Maintaining positive work environment & ensure career growth of the team members** * **Tight Delivery execution and reporting to management team at client organization and at Quantiphi** * **Team leading experience and ability & experience to work as a associate project lead** * **Proven ability to handle multiple projects (Program) efficiently** * **Ability to run the projects adopting Agile methodology.** * **Working experience with Project Management Tools such as JIRA** * **Strong working experience with Google Workspace tools (G-Slides, G-Sheets, G-doc etc)** **Technical Skills:** **Must Have:** * **Understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI landscape** * **Working understanding of Cloud - GCP/AWS/Azure** * **Working Understanding of end-to-end LLM Lifecycle and Agentic Workflows to orchestrate innovative workloads** * **Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems**  * **Understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM Fine tuning techniques** * **Understanding of Agentic Orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain** **Good to have:** * **Strong experience in managing small to medium scale AI projects leveraging LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, Mistral, Gemini)** * **Exposure to PEP-8 Python coding guidelines and experience in leading code quality governance** * **Exposure to Linting Tools such as Sonarcube for governing Static code tool check** * **Certifications: GCP Generative AI Leader and GCP Cloud Digital Leader** **Behavioral Skills:** * **Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and solve them quickly** * **Excellent Communication, presentation & storytelling skills** * **Strong conflict resolution skills and organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects even with enabling function teams (IT, Legal etc)**  * **Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout client and internal Quantiphi and communicate with client project managers, technical leads and senior leadership** _If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us__!_
