It is particularly suited for individuals eager to learn from a highly established and recognized lawyer within the emerging tech and gaming sector. ### Responsibilities: * Provide legal and business advisory services to clients in line with high professional standards * Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements and documentation * Support corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures * Liaise with clients on corporate, commercial, and cross-border matters * Assist in managing client matters, deadlines, and follow-up actions ### Key Requirements**:** * **Degree in Law** * **Minimum of 2 years' experience in Corporate and Commercial law or related area** * **Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills** * **Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken** * **Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment** Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
