Used in joint replacement surgeries, it is a SmartRobotics arm that allows surgeons to have a more predictable and efficient surgical experience. Our MAKO Product Specialists are trusted advisors – training and supporting surgeons in planning and executing such surgeries, ensuring better patient outcomes. **What You Will Do:** * Train towards earning the requisite certifications in different MAKO applications within the stipulated period. * Provide case coverage as well as standby as Clinical Specialist to scrub in for joint replacement cases * Drives account growth by working with key hospital staff, thought leaders and referring doctors to develop a referral base and increase procedure volume. * Provide training and Clinical/Technical support to surgeons and hospital staff. * Pre-operative CT scans planning and CT segmentation. * Support processes including case booking, documentation, reporting, billing, etc. * Participate in training and sales & marketing activities as needed. * Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per Stryker’s quality system. * Collaborate with sales & clinical team to deliver high standards of service & quality care to patients. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related Science fields. * 3- 5 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service or Technical support roles. * Scrub tech experience is highly preferred * Strong communication skills in spoken and written English. * Passionate about healthcare and providing high standards of quality and service to customers. * Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. * Ability and willingness to be on-call on weekends / public holidays based on team roster. * Require own transport and willingness to travel.
