Associate Marketing Director

**JOB DESCRIPTION:** -------------------- Four Main Responsibilities: --------------------------- **Job Weighting% - Main Responsibilities** 40% - Brand/portfolio strategy and marketing plan validation 20% - Cross function communication 20% - Cross brands synergyize and budget optimization 20% - Team coaching / development Major Responsibilities/Activities: ---------------------------------- * Responsible for brand strategy, portfolio management and brand building * Responsible for P&L and overall consumer marketing budget, develop a clear monitoring/tracking system to evaluate the ROI of marketing spending. * Key member of the task force working with strategy Planning, NPD, insights to form an aligned NPD pipeline to further fuel MND future growth. * Directly involved and actively engage with all aspects relating to brand marketing, including budgeting, demand forecasting, Sales, CRM team for effective implementation of MKT programs. * Builds a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers  & customers insight and behaviors via effective research and turn it into growth opportunities. * Coach and develop brand owners to work independently on marketing plan development and execution REQUIREMENTS: ------------- **Industry experience****s**: * 10+ FMCG/OTC/Nutrition industry experience is needed * Experience in consulting agency or creative agency is a plus **Position experiences:**   * With at least 8 years proven brand activiation experience * Experience of launching new brand is preferred * Has solid team management experience  **Language Skills****：** * Excellent command of spoken and written of Chinese and English **Computer Skills:** * Familiar usage of Microsoft Office Software; **Mobili****ty:** * ~ 20% of time will be on business trip **Certificate Required:** * Not specially required; MBA/EMBA is an advantage **Other Special requirement:** * Postivie thinker * Think out of box attitude * Result driven with execution understanding; * Quicker learner and adaptor in working in a volatile and fast changing environment * Team coach skill * Good communication skill **The base pay for this position is** N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. **JOB FAMILY:** --------------- Marketing Support **DIVISION:** ------------- ANI International Nutrition **LOCATION:** ------------- China > Shanghai : 388 W.
