Associate Marketing Manager \- - - - - - - - - - - - **Misison:** **Coordinate the deployment of the territory marketing and commercial plan for one or several segments** **Key expected achievement:** **Territory Segment management**   * Implement the territory segments G2M plans (SAVE - Solution, Access, Value, Experience) * Engage and provide on-going support to Customer facing teams in the launch and the execution of the SAVE actions. Provide corrective measures as needed   * Deploy and coordinate new offers locally and monitor/ promote existing offers * Ensure Sales and Distribution are provided with the correct enablement elements to support the segment (s) growth * Lead actions to increase Customers leads, conversions and retentions in line with the distribution approach * Steer current activities through on-going analysis (Customer segment, sku, market trends, customer performance …) * Feed information on the segment (s) during the Territory business reviews, leveraging all type of market data and insights, providing corrective action plans at territory levels * Ensure the sku forecast and supply is aligned with the Territory business ambitions (customer and market evolution, product lifecycle, etc.) * Provide support for ad-hoc regional or worldwide projects * Analyze and propose potential local opportunities in line with the Territory G2M plan KEY EXPERIENCES IN: * Working with customers * Analytic and reporting    * Project management
