Job Summary ----------- Job Description **Job Summary** **_Job summary:_** _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Associate Process Engineer** located in **Aguascalientes.**_ _The Manufacturing Engineer role involves plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle. Additional duties involve the estimation of manufacturing capacity, production and materials control, warehousing and site facilities, maintenance, industrial engineering, and other manufacturing hold up activities._ **_What a typical day looks like:_** * _Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques_ * _Experience in new products development._ * _Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters._ * _Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods._ * _Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills._ * _Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans._ * _Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential._ * _Functional will include, but not be limited to Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Regulatory, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, Business Excellence, cross functional Human Resource and Financial controls._ * _May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products_ * _May participate in control plan development_ * _Write and update work instructions and other documents_ *  _Examines and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency._ * _Conference with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods._ * _Coordinates with customers to identify product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests._ * _Provides information for management recommendations from a technical and technical cost perspective._ * _Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes._ * _Guidance and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals. Provide visionary guidance to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations._ * _Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless production processes, meeting high-quality standards and timelines. Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce materials, reduce production costs, and enhance the overall quality of our components._ **_The experience we’re looking to add to our team:_** * _Bachelor´s or Industrial / Mechanical , Electrical Engineering Degree_ * _Intermediate English_ * _Tools Knowledge: AutoCAD, Solid Works, Macros_ * _Standard Time, OBC operator balance chart, Tkt._ * _Microsoft Office skills.
