Discover all Thales activities in Belgium [here](https://www.thalesgroup.com/en/countries/europe/thales-belgium). **Your mission:** * You will be part of the Service Discipline department, responsible for designing and delivering service solutions for Defence, Homeland Security and Critical Operators. * You will contribute to the definition, design and implementation of service solutions that address customer and business needs. * Working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will participate in the development of service architectures and support their deployment throughout the project lifecycle. * You will help ensure that service solutions are sustainable, scalable and aligned with business objectives, standards and best practices. * You will contribute to the definition of service architectures by analysing stakeholder requirements, evaluating solution options and supporting architectural decisions. * You will participate in documenting service architectures and related deliverables, including service breakdown structures, design documentation and technical specifications. * You will support the definition of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational service processes. * You will collaborate with engineering, project management and operational teams to ensure successful service delivery. * You will contribute to promoting the company's service portfolio and support customer discussions when required.   **We are looking forward to** * You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. * You have **3 to 6 years of experience** in projects, service engineering or service architecture. * You have a good understanding of service management principles and are familiar with ITSM tools and methodologies. * You have an interest in digital services, process digitalisation and service lifecycle management. * You are comfortable working in multidisciplinary and international environments. * You are eager to learn, take ownership of your deliverables and progressively develop your architectural expertise. * You are fluent in English and have a good command of French and/or Dutch.
