We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer Trainee to join our development team. In this role, you will undergo intensive training to build a strong foundation in software engineering principles, coding standards, and system design. You will work closely with senior mentors to contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality software applications.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **On-the-Job Training**: Actively participate in workshops and training sessions to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
* **Software Development**: Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for non-complex modules under the guidance of senior developers.
* **Testing and Debugging**: Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through unit and integration testing.
* **Collaboration**: Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to gain exposure to professional project workflows and team dynamics.
* **Documentation**: Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents, such as user manuals and README files, to support future maintenance.
* **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance both personal growth and team productivity.
**Required Qualifications**
* **Education**: Bachelor’s Engineering degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent
* **Technical Skills**:
* Basic knowledge of programming languages such as **Java, Python, C#, or C++**.
* Foundational understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** and **Data Structures**.
* Familiarity with version control systems like **Git**.
* Basic understanding of the **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)**.
* **Soft Skills**:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
