Drive execution of cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple engineering and product teams. 2\. Translate complex business challenges into structured technical roadmaps, execution plans, and actionable outcomes. 3\. Manage program-level metrics, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking to ensure successful delivery. 4\. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution. 5\. Build frameworks, dashboards, and processes to improve scalability, visibility, and predictability of programs. 6\. Support engineering leadership in managing strategic company-level initiatives. 7\. Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments. 5\. Technical understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). 6\. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions. 7\. Experience managing projects, internships, ventures, or initiatives from start to finish is preferred. 8\. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9\.
