REQ14924 Attendant, Environmental Services (L1) (Open) **Position Summary** Our Attendants do more than just maintain the cleanliness of our beautiful property. When working in public areas, they are also ambassadors, providing directions and information to our guests in a professional manner. We provide the tools to clean, you provide the attitude to impress. No prior experience needed. We offer training to individuals with good attitudes, politeness and approachability.  **Primary Responsibilities** * Clean all areas in accordance with established checklists departmental set service standards in an efficient and thorough manner * Maintain knowledge of cleaning operations and casino and hotel layout to ensure that guest queries can be answered or referred promptly * Communicate with fellow team members and departments to proactively service guests, minimize confusion and ensure cleaning standards are maintained and guest requirements are satisfied at all times * Maintain all public, common and back of house areas ensuring they are clean and free of risks including using appropriate cautionary signage to alert guests and fellow staff of potential risks as required. * Adhere to all Company policies and procedures * Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors * Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time **Qualifications**   **Experience** * No previous experience is required **Education** * Secondary school certificate or equivalent professional training **Skills / Competencies** * Ability to communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin * Ability to work in smoking area on rotation basis * Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time during the shift * Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis * Ability to work on overtime when needed * Must be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environments such as, but not limited to noise, dust, cigarette smoke and fragrances * Must be able to tolerate second hand smoke * Capable to perform repetitious duties Job ---  Hotel Operations Primary Location ---------------- Macau SAR-Altira Macau Organization ------------  Altira Macau
