**Job Description Summary :** Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance in supporting the smooth running of the production process. **Job Description ​:** * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set * Monitor and ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumental maintenance * Ensure calibration according to schedule set * Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required * Make improvements by modifying machine tools. * Coordinate the implementation of project related to the scope of work field in accordance with the target set * Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration. * Coordinate the ICA (Instrument Calibration Automation) team to achieve the respective KPIs * Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. * Responsible for the implementation of working discipline. * Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites * Ensure calibration is on schedule. * Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with the prevailing policies. * Responsible for the development of employees in the area of ​​work responsibility * Create and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual budgets in the Section which is the area of ​​responsibility for its work. * Ensure smoothness of Automation System in Plant Production goes well * Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of work sites and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste) * Reported a problem with regard to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food / Feed Safety Coordinator **Job Requirement :** * Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering * Having min 4 years of working experience in Automation * Good in Analytical Thinking * Willing to be located in Tarjun Refinery (Kalsel) **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person."**
