Provide automation technical support and ensure machine reliability** Support maintenance teams in maintaining machines and equipment in line with SMQDC-P standards, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing operations. **2\. Optimize maintenance performance and interventions** Ensure effective and efficient maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions, to improve equipment availability, reduce downtime, and enhance TRS performance. **3\. Collaborate and develop maintenance capabilities** Act as the key technical interface with central technical teams, engineering (BE), and external partners, while coaching and developing maintenance teams to strengthen technical competencies. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **Required** * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation, maintenance, or industrial environments * Proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley / Rockwell, Siemens) * Experience in Variable Speed Drives (VSD / Inverters) configuration and commissioning (ABB, Siemens, Rockwell) * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams * Good teamwork and communication skills * Good communication both in Thai and English
