Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Automation SME (RH)** located in Guadalajara, North Campus._ _Reporting to **Human Resources Manager**, **Automation SME (RH)** this role involves_ _overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals._ **_PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_** * _Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize HR processes and workflows._ * _Design, build, and maintain applications, tools, and system enhancements for HR operations._ * _Utilize platforms such as Workday, advanced Excel, VBA macros, and development applications to streamline HR tasks._ * _Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization._ * _Provide technical and functional support for HR systems and tools, ensuring proper functionality and user adoption._ * _Conduct analysis of HR processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions._ * _Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations when implementing automation solutions._ * _Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation and maintenance of automation equipment and tools._ * _Manage projects within budget and time constraints, providing status reports as required._ * _Support training and knowledge transfer to HR users and stakeholders on new automation tools and processes._ **_EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:_** * _Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field._ * _Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, including application development and process automation._ * _Experience in manufacturing, OEM, EMS, or enterprise business context preferred._ * _Master’s or MBA degree is preferred._ **_KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:_** * _Advanced Excel skills, including VBA macro programming._ * _Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery._ * _Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and SQL query development._ * _Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps._ * _Knowledge of Workday and/or HR systems (preferred)._ * _Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills._ * _Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents._ * _Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints._ * _Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to management and stakeholders._ * _Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions._ **_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:_**   * _Competitive Salary._ * _Life & Medical insurance._ * _Christmas Bonus._ * _Food Coupons._ * _Saving Fund._ _OC16_ Job Category ------------ Human Resources Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
