As an **Automotive Engineer - Smart & Keyless Vehicle Access**, you are the technical key function at the interface between **customers, partners, and internal development teams**. We are looking for reinforcement for our existing team to support customer projects worldwide in the area of vehicle access. **Your tasks with the team:** * Technical **onboarding** and enablement of **customers & partners** (workshops, trainings, best practices). * Development of **integration concepts** (high-level architecture, interfaces, data/security flows) together with internal teams. * Support of **PoCs/pilots** until productive use: risk and blocker management, technical coordination, structured escalation. * **Hands-on troubleshooting**: analysis of logs/traces, error reproduction, hypothesis formation, solution proposals, and feedback to engineering. * Creation and maintenance of enablement artifacts: **integration guides**, runbooks, FAQs, demo setups, reference architectures. * Moderation of technical Jour Fixes with stakeholders (engineering, product, security, QA, project management on the customer/partner side). * Ensuring consistent technical communication across all parties involved (German/English).
