Responsibilities
* Maintain aviation travel policies, traveler processes, operational procedures, and support day-to-day flight operations activities.
* Coordinate executive travel operations, including monitoring C-level executive flights, partnering with Executive Assistants, and supporting aircraft scheduling requests.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for aviation-related communications, ensuring timely and effective communication with travelers and key stakeholders.
* Administer aviation systems and content management, including SharePoint administration, document management, and records retention programs.
* Manage aviation business processes, including generic aviation email accounts, budget tracking, P-card purchases, vendor management, purchase orders, and AMEX processes.
* Support flight operations planning through the use of flight management applications and coordination of flight schedules and operational activities.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, traveler experience, and overall aviation service delivery.
* Lead and support strategic aviation projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven experience in program or project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting executive travel, aviation operations, or corporate aviation programs.
* Working knowledge of SharePoint administration, document management, and records retention practices.
* Experience utilizing flight management systems or other operational planning tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, independent decisions and effectively manage operational risks.
* Knowledge of Micron's organization, business operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and related technologies.
