**Job Description Summary:** Manage the Group Talent and Rewards portfolio roadmap and PMO governance across Talent, Performance, Rewards, Leadership Development, AI Academy, and Culture initiatives. Coordinate cross-Operating Company execution, monitor milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes. **Job Description:** * Manage the Talent and Rewards Portfolio Roadmap, ensuring alignment of Talent, Performance, Reward, Leadership Development, AI Academy, and Culture initiatives across all Operating Companies. * Coordinate and orchestrate cross-OpCo HR projects, facilitating collaboration, alignment, and sharing of best practices to maximize enterprise-wide impact. * Drive end-to-end program governance and execution for group level initiatives, monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. * Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting, providing ExCo and senior leadership with clear visibility on HR projects progress, risks, outcomes, and key talent metrics. * Lead benefits realization and value tracking, ensuring talent and transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and return on investment. * Manage stakeholder engagement and change management activities, driving adoption, communication, and alignment across HR and business leadership teams. * Continuously improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms, enhancing execution discipline, organizational effectiveness, and scalability across the Group. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
