It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Job Description** • Design and execute marketing campaigns end-end life cycle via acquisition, x-sell, up-sell, retention and win-back. • Responsible for campaign memo preparation, leads generation and management, campaign tracking, fulfilment and post campaign analysis. • Support sales leads management and identify any opportunities for business growth • Provide close monitoring on leading indicators for campaign success and effectiveness. • Adopt best practices to improve targeting and campaign conversion. • Drive usage and implement / refine marketing analytics model. • Leverage on digital platform to optimize touchpoints to customers. Work closely with the Digital team to better understand user journey at every stage of their digital activity. • Deliver industry-leading marketing analytics by making full use of our data platforms, reporting, and analytical tools. • Present clear actionable insights to business banking portfolio management and marketing teams   **Additional Requirements** Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
