アマゾンジャパン Hardlines事業本部のAVS（Amazon Vendor Services）チームで、主要メーカーのサプライチェーン変革をリードするSupply Chain Managerを募集します。データドリブンな分析力と提案力を活かし、ベンダーのビジネス成長とお客様体験の向上を同時に実現するポジションです。AVS Supply Chain Managerは、ベンダー各社の在庫・物流オペレーションにおける課題に対して改善提案を行い、アマゾン上でのビジネス成長、日々の業務プロセスの改善を経てベンダー満足度が向上するように、継続的にサービスを発展させていきます。また、ビジネス、システム、サプライチェーン運用チームとの強力なパートナーシップを構築し、共通の目標に向かって改善を推進します。Amazonでは、最新のAI Tool, 生成AIを日々の業務の中に積極的に取り入れています。AI Toolは私たちの意思決定のスピードを加速させ、私たちを本当に重要な「判断」と「議論」に集中させることを可能にしています。Amazon では学習を継続する文化が根付いているため、ご自身のペースでAIに関する知識を深めることができるリソースが用意されています。Key job responsibilities本ポジションでは以下の業務に責任を持ちます：・ベンダー各社の在庫および物流課題の解決を推進し、主要ビジネスメトリクスの改善を通じてサービス満足度を向上させる・お客様に提供する利便性（Availability、配送スピード等）を向上させる・カテゴリーリーダーやカテゴリーサプライチェーンマネージャーと定期的にコミュニケーションを持ち、サービスの・方向性についてフィードバックを得ると共に、カテゴリー戦略・サプライチェーン戦略の意思決定をサポートする・全社的な観点から業務を遂行し、スケーラブルなプロセス改善、自動化、分析を活用して部門間・事業間を超えたプロジェクト開発を促進する Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience- Proven ability to communicate and present strategies to senior leadership- Analytical mindset to quickly diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions- Strong business Japanese and English skills (written and oral) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)- Software development experience or equivalent tech background- MBA is considered a plusOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
