Legal major is preferred, credit, financial or accounting major are also welcomed. • 1 year due diligence experience and law firms experience is preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcomed. • Related experience for open source search methods is preferred, including open internet search, databases search, structured search strings • General knowledge of industry platforms is preferred • Quick learner, logical and efficient, good time management and prioritize skill • Good research and data pre-screening skill with strong business sense • Good command of English in reading and writing, at least CET 4 • Good communication skill and strain capacity including telephone interview or cold call experience • Aggressive, accountable, able to work under pressure, good team player.
