Job Description
LOST is a cocktail bar in Shibuya that places great importance on high-quality drinks, genuine hospitality, and strong teamwork among staff.
We are currently hiring a full-time bartender to join our bar team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with both coworkers and customers, and can remain calm, organized, and professional even during busy service.
This position involves all aspects of bar operations, including cocktail preparation and customer service, as well as pre-opening preparation, cleaning, inventory management, restocking, and general support of the bar’s daily operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
* Provide polite, friendly, and attentive customer service
* Prepare garnishes, syrups, juices, and other ingredients needed for service
* Set up and organize the bar before opening
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment
* Restock bottles, glassware, ice, and other service supplies
* Check inventory levels and report items that need to be ordered
* Take customer orders and process payments accurately
* Work closely with other bartenders, floor staff, and support staff
* Assist with opening preparation, closing duties, and end-of-night cleaning
* Follow LOST’s recipes, service procedures, hygiene standards, and safety rules
* Help train and support less-experienced staff members when needed
**Working Hours**
This is a full-time position working five days per week.
Working hours are generally expected to be approximately 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., including preparation, service, closing duties, and a scheduled one-hour break.
**Compensation & Benefits**
**Starting salary: ¥380,000 per month and above**
Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, availability, and overall suitability for the position.
* Transportation expenses are provided in accordance with company policy
* Legally required overtime and late-night work premiums will be properly reflected in salary in accordance with Japanese labor laws
