The Roles --------- ### Bay Hosts As a Bay Host, you’ll look after Players throughout their visit and help create an experience they’ll want to come back to. You’ll: * Welcome Players and get them settled into their bay * Provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit * Take food and drink orders and make helpful recommendations * Make sure Players have everything they need * Help Players enjoy Topgolf safely * Keep bays clean, organised and ready for the next group ### Bartenders As a Bartender, you’ll combine speed, quality and personality to create a great bar experience. You’ll: * Prepare and serve a range of exciting drinks * Create high-quality drinks consistently and efficiently * Welcome and engage with Players at the bar * Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked * Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines * Work closely with Bay Hosts and Service Support to keep orders moving ### Service Support As part of our Service Support team, you’ll help keep service running smoothly across the venue.
