Beauty Advisor

6-months temporary position based in Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, Dubai Hills. **CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT:**  CHANEL boutiques are the heart of the brand’s vision. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given to each client. **IN THIS METIER, WE ARE ENERGISED BY:**  **Embodying Chanel values and DNA:** * Sharing solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage and know-how with clients as well as the team * Co-creating stories with and for clients, sharing the brand culture and blend it with the clients’ personal story * Constantly following latest Beauty trends and be pro-active in self-learning  * Being a brand ambassador by respecting our grooming guidelines at all times **Surpassing client expectations:** * Creating a tailor-made experience, offering personalized solutions and ensuring excellence in client service in accordance with Chanel’s rituals and standards * Ensuring clients are welcomed in the expected manner in order to create a strong relationship with them and ensure brand loyalty * Developing cross-selling among all categories in the boutique * Handling client complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines * Building your own client database and consistently focus on clienteling alongside your Manager * Actively participating in beauty events and workshops organized for clients **Boutique operation:** * Ensuring the Boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to the VM guidelines * Understanding and participating in the operation of the Boutique and provide your Manager with appropriate reports * Collaborating with others and contributing to building the success of the Boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs **HOW WE CREATE IMPACT:** * Creating a memorable experience for clients and building a long-lasting relationship by embodying CHANEL’s values and sharing the brand’s heritage. * Contributing to boutique success through teamwork and collaboration by supporting team efforts and driving collective achievement of boutique targets. * Ensuring operational excellence by maintaining boutique standards, supporting daily operations, and continuously developing your knowledge and skills. **KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:** * You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience within a high-end or Luxury Retail environment. * Fluency in English is a must, Arabic or Russian would be an advantage. * You are passionate about make-up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience. * You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
