  Location: Norfolk, Virginia (In Home)   Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 - 6:00 pm   Pay: $20.00-25.00/hour depending on experience       As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping individuals learn new skills and reach new milestones.       - Provide in-person behavior intervention services in an individual's home setting and community - Collect and record data on patient behaviors - Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst - Attend team meetings       What We Offer   - Competitive pay - Career Growth & flexible hours - PTO and Sick Days       What You'll Need   - Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field - Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire - Experience or willingness to work with young adults with special needs - Reliable Transportation - Must have an active CPR Certification       Physical Requirements   - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time - Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time       Who We Are At Finni Health   Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local in-home ABA clinics.
