Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator Part Time - Alternating Day and Night Shifts

**Summary** **Job Description:** _Part time, 24 weekly hours - two 12-hour shifts per week_ _alternating shifts every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday rotating schedule - one weekend days 7a-7p, next weekend nights 7p-7a_ **Job Summary:** The Intake Services Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, organization and review of all activities related to patient care delivery within Intake Services. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:** 1\. Facilitating patients’ involvement with services 2\. Coordinating insurance pre-certification processes 3\. Completing intake documentation **Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:** A. Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business or related field preferred. B.
