Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, the Manager leads a diverse team of master's, bachelor's, and non-clinical staff, all while promoting evidence-based practices. They make sure clinical services are documented accurately and on time, track performance improvements, and manage the financial aspects of the treatment team. The Manager also plays a key role in boosting department, program, and service line outcomes. **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Master’s or Doctorate in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (for hires after July 1, 2023). * **Licensure:** Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (e.g., RN, Social Worker, Licensed Counselor). * **Experience:** Two years of experience, including at least one year in behavioral health. * **Missouri Licensure:** Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on working well with diverse teams and clients. * **Specialized Licensure:** Staff with a Master’s in social work must hold MO LMSW or higher. * **Driving Requirements:** If driving is part of the job, you must meet the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy. * **Ongoing Training:** Complete required training during orientation and as part of continued employment.
