We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Billing & Pricing Operations team. This role is responsible for managing billing processes, pricing analysis, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and reporting. The position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational efficiencies, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global operations.  **What you will do:** * Manage billing, pricing, and reconciliations with high accuracy and compliance * Analyze vendor pricing, contracts, and financial data to resolve discrepancies * Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations * Own high-priority and complex vendor/reseller issues and drive resolution * Maintain data integrity across systems, regions, and stakeholders * Support pricing decisions, validations, and approvals * Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports across multiple regions * Leverage advanced Excel, reporting tools, and automation for data analysis * Build dashboards, templates, and reporting solutions * Analysis of large datasets and provide data comprehension   * Translate business requirements into actionable insights and reporting outputs * Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities * Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives * Participate in cross-functional projects to improve productivity and service quality * Investigate and resolve escalated issues through detailed analysis * Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution of business-impacting issues * Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs * Provide guidance, training, and onboarding support to team members * Act as a key point of contact for process-related queries  **What you will bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field  * 3 – 5+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting  * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)  * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills  * Experience with reconciliations, financial data, and vendor operations    * SQL, Python, and data analysis capabilities are considered a plus * Power BI or similar BI/visualization tools * Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, RPA tools like UiPath)  * Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation in reporting/operations * Experience in Cloud Products and Vendors – Billing and Pricing  * Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial systems   * Strong attention to detail and accuracy  * Collaboration and stakeholder engagement  **What we have for you:** * Competitive salary & Bonus system? – Yes, of course! * Additional health insurance? – A very good one, by the way. * Food vouchers & Transport Allowance? – Absolutely! * Well-being Program & Multisport card? – We care about our health, so yes! * Referral and baby bonus? – No doubt about it. * Paid holiday days increasing in time? – Of course. * Company discounts, that are actually usable? – You bet! * Language courses? – Yes, you can easily upgrade your work language with us! * Free access to an online learning platform? – Yes, yes, yes. * Many trainings and academies, including opportunity for ACCA certification? – Obviously. * Great career growth and development opportunities? – Let’s see… Yes! * Hybrid type of work? – Absolutely! * Recognition awards? – Of course. * Trending social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.)? – go and check for yourself * Modern office space with free coffee and hot beverages? – And the coffee is actually good!   **Interested?
