Bim Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities** * Lead the production, coordination, and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring full integration across architectural and structural disciplines. * Support MEP engineers in developing accurate and coordinated models, including HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing layouts, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting, and fire protection systems. * Generate project-specific outputs such as load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, panel schedules, and annotated views from the coordinated models. * Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Surbana Jurong’s BIM standards, and internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO 19650. * Lead and participate in clash detection and resolution activities using Navisworks Manage, collaborating closely across teams to resolve spatial and design conflicts. * Manage and contribute to the preparation of construction drawings, coordination documentation, and model data sets through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). * Drive modeling efficiency and consistency through the development and management of Revit families, BIM content libraries, templates, and automation tools. * Conduct thorough QA/QC checks to ensure models and extracted drawings are accurate, coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project requirements at each stage of delivery. **Requirements:** * **Education Qualification:** Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * **Relevant Experience Minimum:** 3 – 5 years of drafting experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical building services in consultancy firm. * **Professional Knowledge/ Skills:** Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit software Have a good understand of Building Information Modelling (BIM) At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
