Ampersand Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based position in **Summerville, SC**.  **Why Join Us** * Competitive pay (Up to $40/hour) + flexible part-time schedules * W-2 employment with liability insurance included * Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match * Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses * Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses **What You’ll Do** * Part-time position, in-person only * Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs) * Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety * Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals * Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets * Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices **What We’re Looking For** * **MUST HAVE: National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)** * Experience with behavior management, and data collection * Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). **About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
