**Job Description** **Assembler/Bonder Job Description                                                        April 2026** **I.  JOB PURPOSE** Assemble subcomponents and perform bonding to make the top level assembly per customer specifications using the provided process and tooling.  Mark parts according to customer specifications.  Assist when needed with kitting in the Warehouse.  **II.** **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES.** * _Perform basic math calculations._ * _Perform first piece inspection on assigned jobs using visual or dimensional specifications using quality fixtures or measuring equipment._ * _Perform accurate wanding and other record keeping tasks as required._ * _Interpret basic blueprints._ * _Apply bonding, pads, springs, pins, fans and other assorted hardware per print using fixtures, tooling, hand and power tools_ * _Perform assemblies using epoxy, solder, glue, silicon and other types of bonding agents per customer print._ * _Create top level assembly using sub components made and purchased to the customer print._ * _Work with Engineering on new assembly processes troubleshooting and improving procedures._ * _Understand and adhere to lot trace ability._ * _Assist in Warehouse with kitting, paperwork and Oracle inventory system when needed._  * _Maintain a safe clean working environment complying with all safety procedures and regulations._ * _Maintain open communications with team leaders and supervisor._ * _Perform all tasks as required by your supervisor._ **_Educational Requirements:_** * High school diploma or GED preferred.
