**Job Description** The **Logistics/Warehouse Specialist** is part of the product development team and is responsible for design center logistics and warehouse management. In this position you will be responsible for supply chain management, shipping/receiving, carrier selection and coordination, inventory management, inventory organization and storage, and prototype inventory readiness support. **The role will include:** * Coordinating inbound and outbound shipping logistics for domestic and international shipments, including packaging procurement and disposal. * Organize warehouse, part labeling, part kitting, and shipment processing. * Coordinating with buyers and engineering development team to track part arrival. * Supervise inventory audit and organization for efficient product assembly and test. * Manage product shutdown for inventory disposal or restocking. * Maintains warehouse condition by planning and implementing new design layouts. * Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy material using forklift, dollies, and straps. * Ability to lift over 50lbs regularly, stand, bend, and kneel. **Basic Qualifications** * High school diploma required. * 5+ years experience in logistics and warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping and receiving. * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
