Building Maintenance Officer

**Salary:** £27,000.00 - £33,000.00 Per year ‌ We've got an opportunity for a **Building Maintenance Officer** to join our Keyworker team in Reading. Our specialist keyworker housing offers self-catering accommodation ranging from shared flats for single residents to apartments and houses for couples or families. We provide flexible stays from one night to a year or more. This role is **part-time (25 hours per week),** usually worked **10.00am – 3.00pm** over 5 days Monday to Friday. We can be flexible with hours. **The Role**  As a **Building Maintenance Officer** you’ll be responsible for basic repairs across our keyworker accommodation in Reading. You’ll need general handyperson experience, basic plumbing and carpentry skills and the ability to understand ‘how it works’! A good level of IT is also essential, as you’ll be checking jobs, answering emails and using out internal system to log and describe repairs.
