**What will you do?**
A day in the life of a Business Analyst, Digital Asset Management at VF looks a little like this.
The Business Analyst, Digital Asset Management is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, metadata standards, user adoption, and business process enablement across the Digital Asset Management ecosystem. This role partners closely with the Product Owner to ensure DAM capabilities are successfully implemented, adopted, and scaled across Product Creation, Brand Marketing, and downstream digital channels.

**_DAM Governance & Standards_**
* _Define and maintain DAM governance frameworks, policies, and operating procedures._
* _Establish metadata standards, taxonomy structures, naming conventions, and asset lifecycle management processes._
* _Partner with business stakeholders to ensure consistent asset management practices across brands and functions._
* _Drive compliance with asset governance standards and identify opportunities for improvement._
**_Business Process & Workflow Optimization_**
* _Document and optimize end-to-end asset creation, review, approval, storage, and distribution workflows._
* _Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability._
* _Collaborate with Product Creation, Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology teams to align workflows across the digital ecosystem._
* _Support change management activities associated with new DAM capabilities and integrations._
**_User Adoption & Enablement_**
* _Collaborate with organizational change management to develop training programs, user guides, and onboarding materials._
* _Lead DAM community engagement activities, including office hours, user forums, and feedback sessions._
* _Monitor platform adoption metrics and identify opportunities to increase utilization and user satisfaction._
* _Serve as a subject matter expert for DAM processes and best practices._
**_Data Quality & Metadata Management_**
* _Partner with business and technology teams to maintain asset quality standards._
* _Monitor metadata completeness, accuracy, and consistency._
* _Support taxonomy evolution and governance as business requirements change._
* _Develop reporting and dashboards to measure data quality and asset health._
**_Program Coordination & Delivery Support_**
* _Support the Product Owner in roadmap execution and release readiness activities._
* _Coordinate business testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities._
* _Track key milestones, risks, dependencies, and business readiness activities._
* _Ensure stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams and initiatives._
**_Stakeholder Management_**
* _Build strong relationships with Product Creation, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Technology teams._
* _Gather business feedback and translate operational needs into enhancement opportunities for the Product Owner backlog._
* _Facilitate governance councils and cross-functional working sessions._

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
* _Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital platforms or enterprise systems_
* _Background in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or adjacent domains (content management, PLM, digital commerce, or design workflows)_
* _Demonstrated ability to drive Digital Asset Management processes with detailed execution_
* _Experience coordinating project plans, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery_
* _Familiarity with integrations and APIs across complex digital ecosystems_
* _Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes_
* _Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills_
* _Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments_
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
* _Experience with design tools (2D, 3D, AI), merchandising platforms, or PLM systems_
* _Background in retail, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industries_
* _Experience scaling DAM platforms across global teams_

$92,000.00 USD - $115,000.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential**: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
