****Job Description:**** **Airbus Commercial Aircraft** is looking for a **BUSINESS ANALYST FOR LOGISTICS CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (m/f)** to join **Flow Enablement & Performance department** based in **Toulouse, France.** The PIOX organization is contributing to the Airbus Logistics challenge: delivering parts to the aircraft production and assembly lines, on-time, on quality and on-cost all over Europe You will be a key player in a transnational organization that supports the success of Airbus operations You will have a central role, as part of a multi-functional team, interfacing with Logistics Service Providers (external companies), Airbus Procurement, Logistics Operations and Logistics contract management teams, Logistics Engineering,  Finance, Digital & Performance management teams PIOXC team is in charge to support Logistics Operations (PIOx) and General Procurement (PJML) in the proper execution and management of the Airbus Logistics contracts: prices, budget (Logistics budget = 250M€), change requests, performance, logistics means, costs challenges, call for tenders etc… **Your working environment :** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. **Your challenges :**  * Update and maintain the core tools (through Excel/Sheet) for each budget calculation exercise of the year * Maintain and improve the contractual price model * Share and validate core input data with the logistics service providers (volumes, contractual prices update…). * Support the future logistics call for tenders : preparation of the costing sheets sent to bidders, analysis and synthesis of the results. * Prepare regular budget simulations for Finance and PIO management * Build the Logistics cost trajectory (flight path) for the next 5 years * Support on any adhoc requests : impact analysis, new prices calculation, budget simulations… * Support the Data Analyst in gathering and analysing business requirements/needs that may lead to the development of new KPIs of digital tools * Support the logistics community in using our digital tools * Support any potential transversal projects (workshop preparation, training, process deployment …) **Your boarding pass :**  * 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO, or Financial Controller role. * Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) * Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (or similar BI tools like Tableau/Power BI) * Language: negotiation level English & French is mandatory. * Logistics or Manufacturing Operations or Finance (budget) context knowledge will be a plus * Skywise knowledge will be a plus Take your career to a new level and apply online now ! #LI-JC2 This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. ********Company:******** AIRBUS SAS **Employment Type:** Permanent \------- Classe Emploi (France): Classe G13 **Experience Level:** Professional **Job Family:** Digital By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
